Co-Create is a product creation programme for Lush staff, aiming to promote diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging by lifting up authentic stories from respective communities. Co-Creator Heather Cope from Global Retail Support explains her inspiration and contribution to this design, which had dino origins. “When I was asked to draw some fun bubble blowers, I was inspired by some of the TV I'd watched with my son. I wanted to give these characters a slightly hand puppet-like feel! I also drew on memories of programmes I’d watched in my own childhood, like The Land Before Time.”
